Mountain Restaurant began with a simple conviction: the best meals happen when the pace slows and the ingredients speak for themselves. Tucked along W 6th Street, we've built a space where the noise of Los Angeles fades and what remains is the food, the company, and the moment.
Our kitchen draws from the seasons — local farms, coastal catches, herbs from the garden — and lets them guide the menu. Nothing is forced. Everything is considered. The result is a dining experience that feels both grounded and quietly elevated.
We opened our doors in 2018, and since then, regulars have made this their place for birthday dinners, first dates, and the kind of Tuesday night that deserves something special.
The Experience
Our menu shifts with the harvest. What arrives at our door each week shapes what you'll find on the plate — always fresh, always intentional.
Every drink is built from scratch — house-infused spirits, seasonal syrups, and bitters made in-house. The bar is where curiosity is encouraged.
